Plush tiers, briefly

  • D-Luxe NubaySoft (600 GSM). Dense double-scrim plush, photo-realistic printing. The all-around choice when one tier has to cover welcome gifts and chair-side use.
  • Ultra Plus (560 GSM). HD printing on a smooth, substantial plush. Best when your logo carries fine detail, gradients, or photographic elements.
  • Lite Plus (400 GSM). The value tier for volume programs, which is where large welcome-bag orders usually land.
  • Swanky Premium (1060 GSM). Our heaviest, plushest keepsake tier. Reserve it for top referrers, milestone patients, and retiring team members.

All tiers carry the same 72-piece wholesale minimum and the same single generous size, 60 by 80 inches. Your quote states the exact figure for your tier and quantities before anything is produced.

Washing

Machine washable by design. In-chair sets go through your normal laundry rotation; one patient, one wash.

Sizes

One generous size, 60x80 inches. Covers an adult in the chair and earns couch space at home.

Artwork

Vector preferred, high-res raster fine. Low-res logos we can usually recreate at no charge.

Lead time

4 to 8 weeks by tier, plus design approval. For fixed dates, plan backward and start early.

How many blankets should a dental practice order?

Which blanket tier should we choose?

If one tier has to do everything, D-Luxe NubaySoft is the safe default: substantial enough to gift, durable enough to launder. High-volume welcome programs usually move to Lite Plus for the economics, and most practices add a small batch of Swanky Premium for VIP thank-yous.

How do we keep in-chair blankets hygienic?

Treat them like any other launderable soft good in the practice: each blanket is used by one patient, then goes in the wash. NubaySoft is machine washable and holds its softness and print through repeated cycles, which is why we recommend a rotating set sized to your chairs rather than a single blanket per operatory.

What does a practice blanket program cost?

What artwork do we need to send?

Your logo and practice colors. Vector files (AI, EPS, SVG) print sharpest, but a high-resolution PNG or JPG works, and if all you have is the low-resolution logo from your website, our design team can usually recreate it cleanly at no charge. You approve a free mockup within about 48 hours before anything moves forward.

How far ahead should we order?

Production runs 4 to 8 weeks depending on tier, plus design approval. If blankets need to be in welcome bags by a specific date, like a new-year new-patient push or a practice anniversary, work backward from that date and add a buffer for the mockup round-trip.
